POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides administrative and project support for the Human Resources department, including but not limited to administrative duties, onboarding, compliance audit and training. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in Human Resources and plays a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Participates in recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel (excluding managerial levels and above); and helps to coordinate the use of temporary employees.
- Assist with onboarding processes, payroll integration, and creating new employee files
- Assists department with administrative support in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures.
- Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.

- 2 - 4 years experience in HR.
- Knowledge of all functional areas of HR and related legislation (i.e. FMLA/ADA, Affirmative Action, Employment, COBRA, FLSA, etc.) is essential.
- knowledge of ADP is essential
- Knowledge or experience with HRIS systems a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Has and uses good judgment in principal's absence
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Bilingual Spanish fluency required
