Community Schools - Site Program Coordinator The San Diego Unified School District is accepting applications for the position of Community Schools - Site Program Coordinator. The incumbent will coordinate the Community Schools program at the assigned site, collaborating with administrators and teams to develop and implement program pillars. Under the guidance of the District Community Schools Coordinator, the applicant will: Perform highly technical administrative duties related to the coordination and participation in collaborative leadership with staff and school teams. Lead the work of identified staff in establishing and developing Community Schools program structures. Support the development and maintenance of community partnerships and program supports. Location & Schedule Working Location: Burbank Elementary, 2146 Julian Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113. Work Schedule: 12 months / 40 hours. Salary: OTBS Salary Schedule, Grade 054. Minimum Qualifications Associates degree in communications, social services, education, school counseling, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working with students and families in the K?12 educational system or with organizations that serve school communities. Experience establishing community partnerships to support comprehensive school systems (highly preferred). Additional Information Positions requiring bilingual English/Spanish may require a performance test. Bilingual differential of 5% may apply.
