Experience from SSIS to Azure
We are currently seeking a skilled ETL Data Warehouse Developer to join our team of professionals. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week of onsite work in Richmond, VA The engagement is expected to last 6-12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify Workday inbound and outbound interfaces.
- Manage interfaces using SQL Server (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
- Develop data pipelines supporting data vaults or data marts.
- Code processes according to established standards.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop data mapping between systems (desirable but not strictly required).
- Azure Data Factory Pipeline or SSIS development experience in both Azure and local SQL Server environments (minimum 5 years).
- XSLT Development (minimum 1 year).
- Candidates must be local to Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate for onsite work (3 days/week, no exceptions).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, independent, and flexible.
- Experience authoring Workday reports and outbound integrations (minimum 2 years).
- Familiarity with Workday Studio (minimum 2 years).
- Comfortable mentoring other personnel on Workday technologies.
