WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Act as liaison between senior management/corporate and regional staff, government agencies, hospital coworkers.
  • Coordinates and completes office functions aid executives.
  • Manage a master meeting calendar and provides the appropriate communication and coordination for meeting attendees.
  • Transcribe minutes in a manner that appropriately reflects the meeting activity and is consistent with legal, peer, and compliance requirements. Coordinates and orders team meals.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Manage and maintain schedules and travel arrangements for SVP, HR and Administrative Director HR Operations/Shared Services
  • Manage shared document sites, including Teams sites/channels, SharePoint sites, and other HR Team communication channels.
  • Use a variety of software products to create/complete tasks, documents, presentations, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Workday and Service Now.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure our coworkers and operations are abiding by the provisions of the plans.
  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits operations team and retirement plan vendors to provide support, research and analysis related to coworker issues and problem resolution.
  • Assist in the completion of benefit surveys.
  • Assigned special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field - Preferred
  • 5 years experience in Administrative, Executive, or HR Support - Required
