Current openings are located in Bay City, MI and Saginaw Township, MI. However, additional sites will be opening up for 2025 start (inquire at interview). Current locations have openings due to upcoming retiring physicians.•If you are seeking a rewarding career in a four-season paradise, then this is the opportunity for you•Provide direct primary medical care to all patients with the highest medical standards and ethics in a caring, nurturing atmosphere while keeping with Covenant HealthCare mission, vision, and values.•Covenant offers state-of-the-art technologies in combination with a compassionate and highly trained staff.•Many practice sites designated patient-centered medical homes, some with CPC+ status•Monday through Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays•Shared call arrangement with primary care colleagues (phone only)•Outpatient practice settings with a robust employed hospitalist program in place•Opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest minds in the medical field•Strong commitment to patient care•Physician-led culture•State-of-the-art facilities•Opportunity for professional growth and development•Collaborative work environment•Sense of community and belonging•Open to new graduate candidates.
