-Review and Assess Designs-Quality Assurance: Verify the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of the designs-Ensure effective coordination and integration between the designs and the architectural constructiondocuments-Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams-Prepare detailed reports highlighting deficiencies, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in there viewed designs.-Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other team members to foster interdisciplinary coordination and maintain effective communication channels-Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal quality assurance processes, standards, and guidelines-Support the firm's vision of building an engineering practice by actively participating in business development initiatives, fostering relationships with clients and consultants, and exploring potential expansion opportunities.Job Requirements-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.-A professional license (PE) in Mechanical Engineering is required.-8+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer-Strong knowledge of MEP systems designs, codes, and standards, preferably in the context of publicschool project-Proven ability to identify and resolve coordination issues-Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to contribute to the growth and development ofyour team-Proficiency in producing designs in relevant MEP design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.-Strong attention to detail-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
