As a Full-desk Recruiter on our team, you will gain with:

Reviewing performance and goals regularly to improve personal career development

The Ideal Recruiter will have:
Professional and motivated personality
Years of proven recruiting experience and past sales experience
Desire to earn 6 figures through proven recruiting efforts
Experience direct recruiting across multiple sourcing platforms and industries
Strong social media, Boolean, and typing skills
Excellent/above average writing and technical abilities
Proven technical aptitude for cloud-based programs
Excellent organizational skills
