Leasing Consultant Shift/Hours: Saturday - Wednesday 9:00 am-6:00 pm Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour Location: Sunnyvale, CA Experience: 1 year of leasing consultant experience We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Leasing Consultant located in Sunnyvale This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long. Professionally present and sell community amenities and floor plans to prospective residents. Proactively follow up on all digital, phone, and walk-in leads using a CRM system. Execute and process all applications and lease paperwork using property management software. Efficiently conduct tours and leverage digital tools for prospect engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service and actively participate in resident retention efforts. Other duties as assigned Leasing Consultant Preferred Skills include: Proven ability to overcome objections and successfully close sales. High comfort level with learning and managing new software and digital platforms. Prior experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata). Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written skills. Excellent ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple leads simultaneously. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve goals. Able to provide 2 professional references Leasing Consultant Requirements may include: 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service. A High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including required weekends. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
