Utilizing electro mechanical controls experience, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical knowledge to assist our production team function safely and efficiently. What You'll DoWork with production staff to ensure all production is functioning correctly and efficiently.Assist the Head of Maintenance set up a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program utilizing a CMMS system or other online methods.Assist the team's maintenance technician with facility maintenance projects as needed. Perform packaging or logistics tasks when temporary staff supplementation is needed to meet demand for Burial productsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Alert management to potential quality or safety concerns.Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders in order to perform required maintenance and service when applicable Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of company assetsOperate a wide range of tools and equipment and ensure they are maintained in safe working condition at all timesAssure compliance with appropriate safety practices and proceduresPurchase tools, equipment and materials; Operate small to medium equipment in the delivery and pickup of suppliesUtilize Burial's work order system to keep staff and teams updated on work orders and solutions to work orders.RequirementsWho We're Looking For2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably beverage manufacturingValid driver's license and clean driving record21+ years of ageHas a safety forward mindset with the approach to work and coworker safetyPossess a basic understanding of all mechanical operations in a breweryA self starter who sees a project from beginning to end.Possess a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in our facilities. Comfortable with electrical up to 480v with safety in mindControls experience with a variety of packaging and brewing machinery. VFD programing, PLC and HMI experience, knowledge of basic functions in a machines control cabinet.Experience with boiler and glycol chilling systems.Experience with installing new equipment and infrastructure in a production environment.Air compressor service knowledgeAbility to troubleshoot issues with various equipment and systems as they ariseConstruction and fabrication knowledgePerform basic arithmetic and geometry Forklift and other heavy machinery experience. Strong time management and customer service mindsetAble to work independently and make decisions with confidence when needed. Possess the ability to prioritize projects/issues as they arise.Welding experience is a plus.
