Positions Summary: The position is responsible for analyzing, designing and administering PF Holdings' overall compensation programs to include: base-pay, short and long-term incentive plans, and a merit cycle that align with the company's objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. This role will be heavily focused in compensation but will also be responsible for assisting the team with benefit-related projects as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Conduct salary surveys and research industry compensation trends to ensure compensation programs are competitive and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to inform management's decision-making process through dashboard, analytics or other methods of presentation.
  • Participate in the design, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on pay adjustments based on internal and external market benchmarks.
  • Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales; audit and recommend changes to salary structures and position classifications.
  • Develop, maintain and audit job descriptions and job evaluation tools to ensure consistency and accuracy of job classifications.
  • Collaborate with vendors, Human Resources and Finance teams to provide guidance on compensation-related matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create and facilitate education for managers and employees related to compensation and Total Rewards.
  • Establish and maintain a Total Rewards statement.
  • Support special projects as necessary, including, but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate actions.
  • Assist with management and maintenance of a compensation cycle and incentive programs.
  • Provide support for the organization's required SEC or other Financial reporting including, but not limited to: Corporate Responsibility Reporting, Quarterly filings, Proxy Statement, 10K, 8-K and Section 16 filings, etc.
  • Updating the compensation committee list, coordinating with the vendors associated with supplying communication materials, and providing assistance in distribution and administration of the long-term compensation program.
  • Assist with health and welfare and retirement benefit related projects.
  • Assist with any company recognition programs.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation administration, benefit administration, finance or similar position.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field preferred.
  • Executive compensation experience preferred.
  • Experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
  • Workday experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of compensation concepts, practices, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
  • Standard office environment.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for special projects or deadlines.
