Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives Drive the identification of market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product roadmaps Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and User experience professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Provide guidance on product development methodologies, best practices, and industry trends Define and prioritize product initiatives based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market successfully Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive product innovation Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform product enhancements and new feature development Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial success of product lines Own the P&L of the products Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing and operations support to ensure product strategies align with overall business objectives Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring products meet quality standards and market expectations Work in the Agile framework with development teams Effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to both internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications
