Senior Full Stack Engineer

What You'll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, with a significant focus on Backend development, you'll be a technical leader, guiding the design, development, and optimization of our internal and external services. Responsibilities • Design, build, maintain, and improve software across the stack, with a significant focus on backend development. • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code that powers our internal and external services. • Design and implement robust, scalable systems capable of handling high volumes of traffic. • Implement security and data protection measures. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the infrastructure. • Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack, including participating in an on-call pager rotation. • Plan for the growth of Coperniq's infrastructure, anticipating future scale and complexity. • Act as a mentor for other engineers in the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and mutual growth. • Manage projects end-to-end, including measuring project impact, success, and creating a reliability and maintenance plan for the future.
