We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications Seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: Fill oral medications, automated dispensing cabinets, code cart trays, and pharmacy kits Compound parenteral medications and ensure compounding logs are completed and filed appropriately Manage, maintain, and ensure all reporting measures are met and completed in an appropriate time frame Notify Technician Supervisor of stock-outs and borrowing medication as needed in a timely manner Complete and maintain documentation of completed and in-progress tasks including communicating status at shift hand-offs and completing end-of-day procedures What qualifications you will need: Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in the healthcare field is preferred Must be familiar with general pharmacy practices and procedures Current and unrevoked CPhT certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board is required Must also be licensed in state of residence and employment If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply for our Pharmacy Technician opening.
