At The Hospital of Central Connecticut, we offer: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for 24-35 hours/week Tuition Reimbursement up to $5,250.00 after six months of employment and up to 40% tuition discounts with partnering institutions for colleague AND dependents Partnership with equipment manufacturers allowing for new equipment with state-of-the-art features and imaging packages On-the-job training in a teaching hospital that offers a great learning environment Opportunities for modality cross-training and career advancement Free parking Generous Paid Time Off, 401k with company match and so much more Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures including but not limited to ambulatory or acute settings by positioning patients, operating diagnostic x-ray equipment and providing patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment of the patient. Qualifications Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Radiography program State of Connecticut Radiographer license ARRT certification in Radiography (obtained within 120 days of graduation for new graduates) Basic Life Support (BLS) The Hospital of Central Connecticut is an acute-care community teaching hospital, we provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services in general medicine and surgery, as well as a wide variety of specialties.
