Human Resources Coordinator

Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, agile, people oriented and process oriented Human Resources Coordinator f

or our HR department in Canton Ohio, USA.

In this hands-on position you will:

Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions by processing required documents through payroll and insurance providers

Support recruitment and new hire orientation

process

Support audits for payroll, benefits and other HR

programs

Furthermore you will work close with your HR colleagues and maintain effective working relationships with and between managers, supervisors, and employees. As a coordinator you'll also be responsible for monitoring the HR Mailbox, process data changes in HRIS, make photocopies, mails, scans and emails, and where requested schedule meetings and interviews with hiring managers.

The Team

You will be part of our Global HR team spread over 3 regions, AMCAS, EMEA and APAC. Locally you will report to our Regional HR Director. In general AmbaFlex's HR department is facilitating the company's mission: "To be the preferred supplier of "spiral conveyor solutions" for a wide range of industrial applications. With respect for both global and the human environment we encourage the individual entrepreneurial spirit of our team members."

We expect good knowledge in the area HR policies, processes and regulations. You are an independent professional with a natural desire to investigate, help and improving everything that comes on your path. You are eager to learn and at your best working in a fast-changing environment where you can tackle new topics every week or month. Furthermore, the following aspects are important for this job:

Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Strong drive with a hands-on, structured and accurate working style.

Knowledge and understanding of benefit programs (e.g. Medical, 401k, etc).

Experience with HRIS systems.

High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required; A Bachelor's (BA or BS) in Human Resources Management or related field (e.g., Business, Organizational Communication, Industrial Psychology) is strongly preferred.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of Human Relations experience required
Knowledge of benefit programs (Medical, 401K, etc.)
Experience in a manufacturing plant, distribution center or warehouse is preferred
Processing payroll experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
