Finance Process Improvement Team Lead

Harness tech to keep us on the money. As a Finance Process Improvement Team Lead, youll guide the team that identifies technologies and opportunities to streamline Ulines Finance operations. Help ensure were equipped to make the best business decisions to support our growing North American company

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of analysts to ensure work quality, accuracy and data integrity.

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs, offering guidance on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other technologies.

  • Oversee Finance RPA functions by identifying automation opportunities, overseeing implementation and ensuring efficient processes.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience.

  • Expertise in data modeling, database design development, data mining and segmentation.

  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and methodologies.
