We are seeking skilled and passionate craft bartenders to join our team

Our bartenders prioritize genuine hospitality, crafting exceptional cocktails and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience.
  • Craft cocktail knowledge preferred.
  • Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
  • Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
  • Maintain current Food Handler's and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
  • Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
  • Assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift.
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu.
  • Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Set up the team for success in the next shift.
  • Build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
  • Completion of continuous training from platforms and classes
  • Verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverage
