Join us in our passion to shape the future of computing Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our office 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time. Reports to: SVP Design and develop high-performance interconnect solutions for HPC systems, including network topologies, protocols, and hardware components. Optimize interconnect performance by tuning parameters, selecting appropriate hardware components, and implementing advanced algorithms. Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of interconnect solutions into HPC systems. Conduct research and development in emerging interconnect technologies, such as optical interconnects and data center interconnects. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders. Contribute to the development of HPC system architectures and design guidelines. What You Bring: BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 20+ years of working experiences in silicon development or MS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 18+ years of relevant working experience or PhD and 15+ years of relevant working experience preferred. Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and architectures. Expertise in parallel computing, including message passing interfaces (MPI) and other parallel programming models. Proficiency in hardware design and implementation, including knowledge of FPGA, ASIC, and other hardware technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with HPC systems and interconnect technologies is a plus. Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
