Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll administration. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.

HR Support:

Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.

Data Analysis:

Utilize pivot tables and other tools to analyze HR data and trends.

Prepare reports for management, identifying key insights and recommendations.

Bilingual Communication:

Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish.

Translate HR documents and communications as needed.

Compliance:

Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.

Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll administration.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Strong knowledge of pivot tables and data analysis.

Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
