Opportunity As a Scrum Master, youre passionate about outcomes and supporting systems engineering teams that are enabling efficient delivery for critical cybersecurity projects. We need an experienced Scrum Master like you to create solutions thatll facilitate efficient and timely delivery by multiple technical teams. Responsibilities On our team, youll coach systems engineering teams to their highest performance level while ensuring sprint goals are successfully progressed. Youll ensure Scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders. Using tools like ServiceNow, youll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team deliver leading?edge solutions. In this role, youll directly impact delivery quality and reporting effectiveness by providing oversight and promoting continuous communication across multiple teams within a broad portfolio. Qualifications You Have 7+ years of experience with Agile project management, lean development principles, and Scrum practices, including point estimations, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and requirements gathering sessions Experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams in a Scaled Agile environment Experience prioritizing tasks for multiple teams working separate workstreams, to expedite the delivery of project milestones and feature releases Experience de?conflicting sprint goals and requirements, as necessary Experience with leading teams, client delivery, and facilitating in?person and virtual environment meetings with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of ServiceNow, Kanban, Scaled Agile, and Scrum Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Associates degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Masters degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as Security+ CE, CCNA?Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification Nice If You Have Experience working in a dynamic and fast?paced environment Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities Possession of excellent problem?solving skills Bachelor's degree ICAgile Certified Professional, ScrumAlliance Certified Scrum Master, PMI?Agile Certified Practitioner, or SAFe Program Consultant Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individuals particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract?specific affordability and organizational requirements.
