Job Description

6-8 year of IT background with client facing, supported multi functional team

3-4 years of experience in Project management

Strong Experience In HCM Payroll, Benefit, Pension Is Required

work experience in PeopleSoft hcm is preferred, alternatively experience in other ERPs like oracle HCM will be considered

Strong project management experience; organizational skills; ability to coordinate and interact across the levels of the organization;

strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to build relationships; ability to communicate clearly and effectively; ability to see the big picture;

supplier engagement experience; customer service experience; benefits delivery/operations experience; ability to analyze and solve problems;

interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships

Experienced in working multi stack holder, multi vendor, supplier system.

Project Management, Technical expertise, PeopleSoft Query/SQL

Administration Support for Leaders (Board Work, Metrics, other non-specialized work)

Project Management of transition work - coordination and integration across all suppliers to stand them up independently

Support ongoing supplier management to supplement current resources who will be focused on the project implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
