Why consider this job opportunity Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexibility in location Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness programs Chance to lead significant digital transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on innovation Access to a robust ecosystem of innovation centers and partnerships What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement Drive digital transformation initiatives, including serialization, traceability, and data integrity Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones Act as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 end-to-end SAP programs Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) PMP, ITIL, or SAP Activate certification preferred Experience leading complex SAP implementations in the life sciences sector Proven ability to drive strategy through projects and ensure alignment with business goals Capacity to adapt to changing business needs and shifting project priorities Experience in business development and contributing to new business opportunities within SAP We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
