Qualifications: Completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (e.g. Computer or Information Science, Software or Computer Engineering, etc.) Previous internship or related experience in QA or Development environment is a plus Must have knowledge of basic coding principles and related troubleshooting skills Be able to analyze the functionality of applications and design related automated tests Possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops is a plus) Self-starter, good time management, and creative, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner Ability to work well independently, and within a team Commitment to continuous improvement and the organization's mission

Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day testing efforts Identify improvement opportunities in automation test processes Assist with preparation and implementation of updates to existing platforms used for day-to-day testing and upcoming projects Work cross-functionally to support departments and teams across the organization through issue tracking and Bug duplication efforts Provide troubleshooting and development support to special projects and initiatives, as needed Writing automation scripts and integration into the current testing platform Assist with building out documentation related to assigned work Maintain strong partnership with QA and Field Support teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
