LMS (Learning Management System) Specialist (Onsite - not remote)

The LMS Specialist will work directly with the Manager of Learning and Development to collaborate with leaders and educators to deploy and track a wide variety of staff development and compliance courses.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: No prior work experience required
Licenses and Certifications
NONE REQUIRED
Qualifications
Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, medical staff, and public.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, or other customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Ability to function independently, as part of a team, and under supervision.
Strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and to continuously improving efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations
