The position's success will rely on the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively up and down, and improve on-going processes by simplification and automation. Key Responsibilities: Collect, prepare, analyze and report monthly results of operations for all business lines for Sector senior management, such as revenue growth, rebates and promotions, or operating health and standingsAssist in maintaining and updating department databases and data files on a monthly basisGather, summarize and manipulate data from various internal systems, utilizing statistical techniques to communicate strategic insight and process outcomesScrub ledgers and perform calculations for Sector driven incentives such as Pricing, Cash In On Growth, or ROI from strategic initiativesPerform necessary journal entries as neededIdentify, implement and optimize the process automation for current financial reporting, facilitating the stakeholder's trainingProvide ad hoc reporting and analysis at request of management Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Strong Excel skills required, Access database skills a plus)Hyperion/SAP knowledge a plusAbility to work under pressure of tight deadlinesMedium level of business acumenHigh degree of accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects effectivelyCommitted and enthusiastic approach to delivering data analyticsApply to Canteen todayCanteen is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
