The Quality Engineer role is responsible for: Support project launch strategyParticipate in identifying open items issuesSupport and project time lineMonitor customer concerns/rejections during pre-production Perform capability studies via CMM and problem solving inspectionWork with tool and part suppliers on PPAP requirements and submissionReview an approve supplier PPAP packageSupport elements of TS16949, APQP and PPAPReview of production quality performance with Quality Manager and SupervisorAssist Engineers in development of FMEA and process flowchartWork with team to develop process, tune-in equipment and tooling.Establish process controls, and assist in training of new projects.What you will need:Bachelor's Degree in a technology or engineering disciplineAutomotive industry experience preferredAt least 3-5 years of experienceInjection molding experience preferredPlastics experience preferredSAP experience is a PlusHighly motivated, able to communicate effectively with both customers and peers, and have the ability to handle difficult situations in a calm, thorough time conscious manner.As a new member of the Grammer Team, you will receive a competitive compensation package including benefits such as:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageTuition reimbursement programs401(k) matchRobust EAP servicesDevelopmental opportunitiesMuch more
