The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, skilled in technology, committed to fostering a data-driven culture, and adept at managing multiple stakeholders. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform company strategies. Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Conduct independent research and apply best practices to influence strategic operational initiatives. Collaborate with teams to prioritize business needs and produce more effective results through data analysis. Expertise in statistical programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, and tools like SAS, SPSS, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. Proven experience utilizing business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop). Ability to visualize data in a way that is comprehensible to others as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
