AM UPDATES:
  • Ideal candidate should SME on Unix system administrations hosting Enterprise systems like Hadoop, HANA, SAP and engineering tools/applications like GitHub, Splunk, Artifactory etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent hands on experience with RHEL/CentOS/SUSE including lvm device configuration and management, Kickstart/ Jumpstart, Yum/Satellite, networking etc.
  • Good at scripting - shell or Python for automation
  • Proven ability to perform UNIX builds such as RHEL
  • Working knowledge of VMWare vCenter, System imaging, TCP/IP functionality, networking, Remote administration systems (iLOM, ILO or iDRAC) a must
  • Client & Dell rack-mount server hardware knowledge
  • Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually, within a team.
  • Working knowledge of AIX, VxVM, Configuration management tool such as SaltStack would be a plus.
