About the team

At Stripe, were constantly working on ways to optimize our People portfolio and ensure a Users First employee experience. We are looking for a highly collaborative and action-oriented Project Manager to join our Total Rewards Strategy, Projects, and Enablement (TR SPE) team. We are dot connectors, air traffic controllers, and connective tissue for the broader Total Rewards team. We work across our pillars (Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Talent Mobility) to define and champion our Total Rewards strategy, optimize our project/program portfolio, and understand and enable our teams, partners, and users.

What youll do
Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead end-to-end project management strategies and implementation plans for business critical, transformational projects
  • Advise and consult on other projects/programs across the Total Rewards and People portfolio in order to upskill the extended teams, maintain a high quality standard, and scale impact through others
  • Build, use, champion, and evolve our project management infrastructure, playbooks, and templates to equip teams to confidently self-serve
  • Build connection and improve cross-functional collaboration, capabilities, and trust across People and partner teams
  • Improve and drive adoption of our internal collaboration and project management tools
  • Represent Total Rewards and People in partner forums and cross-functional working groups
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across teams such as Legal, Finance, Corporate Technology, and more
Who you are

Minimum requirements
  • 7+ years of project/program management experience in HR, preferably at a high tech, multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and team operating models
  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills; you guide teams from point A to point B in a way thats approachable, authentic, direct, and inclusive
  • Strong organization and project management experience; you love bringing order to chaos, connecting dots, and translating strategy into clear action plans
  • Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement; youre constantly looking for ways to make things (and people) work more efficiently and effectively
  • The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment; youre expecting change and excited for it to come your way
  • Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally; youre a self-starter and trusted partner whos able to influence people at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; you use data to tell the story and share your recommendations in an easy to understand, logical, and impactful way
Preferred qualifications
  • Familiarity/experience with change management frameworks (ex: Prosci ADKAR Model)
  • Experience with PM/collaboration tools like Asana and Slack
  • Intermediate to advanced Mac OS and Google suite skills (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
