Summary:

Are you looking for professional experience at a great company in banking and finance? This might be the opportunity for you We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company in our Credit Department. This nine-week internship helps college students gain meaningful work experience through targeted educational opportunities to develop them as future organizational leaders. Throughout training and development, interns will be encouraged to ask questions and stretch themselves to take their careers to the next level. Apply today for our Summer 2025 Internship Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

On-the-job experience: Work with a high-performing team to gain in-depth real-life experience. This includes projects, participating in meetings, one-on-one training from team members, and assigned tasks.

Professional Growth: Each participant will be matched with a mentor who will be available to answer questions, help through challenging situations, and give feedback throughout the course of the program.

Business Development: Networking with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns. Additional activities for program participants to further banking knowledge and experience for the real world.

Candidates can expect the following special projects for this particular role:
  • Financial Statement Spreading
  • Covenant Calculations and Short-Form Credit Memos
  • Special Projects Shadowing of the team and building an internal network
The ideal candidate has intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Word skills.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in a team environment
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None
Education and/or Experience:
  • Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (tentative graduation date 2025 - 2026). Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Computer and Software Skills:
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen/Resident or have permanent/indefinite work authorization.
