Human Resources Generalist

A CRG client in Stanley, Virginia is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team. Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of interior and exterior doors and has been in business for almost 100 years Come join this team and be part of a collaborative, tight knit environment

Opportunity: Contract

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30am 4:30pm

Compensation: $27-30/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, schedules, meetings, and on-site interviews.
  • Contribute to establishing an employer brand within the community to support recruitment efforts in the upcoming years.
  • Maintain a prominent presence to enhance HR program visibility and facilitate effective facility-wide communication.
  • Drive ongoing enhancement of HR processes through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting HR tasks in a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is required.
