Role Overview The Strategic Supplier Relations role will be responsible for building out the strategic supplier program for the Travel & Events solution area. This role will develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers based on a solid understanding of the travel industrys trends partnering with the Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams. Scope of Work Outcomes/results are defined in collaboration with management. Elevates questions on direction or more complex issues and work is assessed from a longer-term perspective. May train or mentor less experienced employees. Buildout sourcing strategies optimizing supplier arrangements partnering with the sales leadership, customer success, operations, and finance to drive incremental One10 revenues. This includes identifying innovative relationships and reimagining the One10 Supplier relationships where appropriate. Drive efficiencies in our presale process by collaborating with key suppliers to develop One10-approved templates including terms & conditions Identify opportunities for new supplier partnerships while building strong business relationships with our existing partners Negotiate partnership agreements and execute strategies to optimize and track revenue Create and deliver quarterly supplier account reviews Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Possesses expert level knowledge and has top level skills and abilities to work on business problems of substantial complexity or scope 10 years of experience in the travel industry 5 years of experience managing supplier partnerships Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience Proven experience building strong relationships with key suppliers Solid understanding of the industrys trends and challenges Ability to lead complex projects and initiatives Highly collaborative, organized, with excellent communication and negotiation skills Demonstrate a high level of business acumen Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to think strategically and develop actionable revenue plans Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel up to 10%-20% What We Promise: A Culture of Innovation: Join a team that thrives on creativity, welcomes diverse perspectives, and embraces the spirit of innovation.
