Position Summary:

Arbor's Staffing Coordinator manages the scheduling and oversight of care department staff to ensure adequate staffingmix aligned with budgeted staffing requirements. The Staffing Scheduler will respond to callsreceived after 6pm and on weekends to ensure staffing and scheduling concernsare addressed for staff.

  • You take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work timekeeping (scheduling)
You'll be great on this team because you have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in managing (On Shift) or similar electronic staff (not patient) scheduling tracking system
  • Previous experience required scheduling staff or recruiting staff.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • This will be an on-site position at the community
  • Great responsiveness and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to be on call after work hours
