What You Will Do:
  • Analyze process models as they are, compare them to future and improved designs, and determine the necessary changes needed
  • Create quality processes to achieve consistency and clear expectations of team members for each project
  • Identify inefficient processes and systems and coordinates cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and centralize process documentation in a repository (knowledgebase)
  • Document risks and problems, and review trends to proactively identify and resolve chronic problems
  • Document processes and workflows with clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Examine business processes holistically to understand the impact of change on people, strategy, systems, and general business operations
  • Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SME's), stakeholders, and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
  • Develops test plans and tests and validates system functionality prior to launches
  • Test process changes in small scale, Proof of Concept (POC), projects and collate feedback
  • Analyzing POC results to recommend or reject adoption
  • Influence and transition individuals, teams, and organizations to improved processes
  • Manage process adoption, organizational change management, and subsequent changes to process documentation
  • Manage stakeholders' awareness of the need for change, commitment to make the change, and knowledge of how to successfully change
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for implemented processes
  • Monitor to ensure that redirection of the use of resources, business process, budget allocations, or other modes of operation are sustainable
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure effective execution and consistent value delivery
  • Creates project analysis, status, and statistical reports and strategic presentations
  • Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed
We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4 years of experience with process creation, documentation, and execution
  • Experience testing process flows and quality within systems
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing business environment
  • Project Management or Business Process certification a plus
  • Knowledge of process mapping, business process reengineering, and organizational change management theory and methods
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organization, work coordination, and follow through skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong business/client engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive projects to completion on time
  • Ability to create and maintain value stream workflows, swim-lane documentation, and process mapping
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting with strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with technical and business aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise client facing documents
  • Working knowledge of computers and all applicable Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
