- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.
- Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.
- Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
- Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- No experience required.
- Must be 16+ years or older.
- Must be available to work Friday and/or Saturday.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Must be dependable (works scheduled shifts) and punctual (arrives on time for shifts)
- Must be able to work in hot, noisy, and extremely fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle all equipment including pans, pots, and various cooking machinery
- Must be mobile during shifts, able to move quickly and navigate shelving both high and low
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to respond to rapidly changing environment with a positive and serving attitude
- Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills are required
