Description of the Role:

The Billing/Title Clerk at Subaru South Charlotte is responsible for supporting the dealership's billing and title department. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and knowledge of administrative procedures. Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vehicle sales transactions, including preparing all necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing by verifying vehicle sales information
  • Submit completed paperwork to appropriate parties, such as financial institutions and government agencies
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of all vehicle sales, titles, and registrations
  • Communicate with customers and internal staff regarding any billing or title issues
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and requirements related to vehicle titles and sales
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a billing or title clerk role is preferred
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CDK
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
