Job Title: Banking Experience Specialist

Location: Weehawken, NJ (hybrid 2 days on-site)

Contract :6 month to start possibility to extend

Rate $62.97/HR

Your new role:

  • Preparing agendas and materials for Banking Experience Forum meetings, learning sessions and supporting materials
  • Drafting, socializing and pursuing approvals of the Banking Experience Policy
  • Monitoring adherence to Banking Experience standards (e.g., remediation of bank- and vendor-owned surveys)
  • Manage annual planning process
  • Set and track objectives and KPIs

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Financial Services, Experience Management and/or Governance and Planning a significant plus
  • Self-motivated individual with lean, innovative thought leadership methodologies to drive ongoing enhancements
  • Demonstration of keen analytical/problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Robust communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills
  • Ability to be cross-fungible and multi-task under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
