Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring complete and timely resolution of account provisioning incidents and escalations. Duties include but are not limited to new account creation, account modification, ticket resolution.
Qualifications

Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years' experience plus three to six months of on the job training and orientation.
