**Warehouse Associate Receiving/Forklift - Bicycle Company Sign on bonus Colorado (Aurora area)**

**We offer a retention bonus, with the potential to earn up to an extra $900 after you complete your first six months.**

**Shift is Monday through Friday - Rotating open & close schedule (Days & Evenings** **)**

* **The pay range for this position pays up to $17.00 - $20.36**

**What you will do:**

* Perform all Inbound tasks

+ Receiving

+ Restock

+ Warehouse transfers

+ Non-Con picking

* Train on and operate power equipment safely (forklifts)

* Perform replens, picking and packing duties as Outbound surge support

* Work well in a team and be self-directed as needed

* Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

**What you need to succeed:**

**Qualifications:**

* Able to work effectively with or without supervision

* Respond positively to change

* Strong attention to detail and communication skills preferred

* Able to work effectively under pressure

* Willingness to work safely and engage in continuous improvement

* Basic computer skills a plus

* Forklift experience required

**Other related criteria:**

* Able to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly

* Able to walk and stand for 10+ hrs in a warehouse environment

* Able to work a flexible rotating schedule (days and evening)

* You may be required to work overtime and on weekends given business needs
