The Menu Publishing Analyst manages menu content, working with the cross-functional team to maintain accuracy of menu items and descriptions across all menus/formats. This individual serves as the Publishing Team's primary point of contact for questions regarding menu content and the associated assets belonging to those menus. This person is a subject-matter expert, managing the nuances of the menu development for our franchise system, and works directly with our franchise operators to make sure their specific menu needs are properly addressed.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Publishing team's primary point of contact for all menu content
  • Manage menu changes and communicate required updates each menu cycle
    • Review menu briefs and write programming instructions
    • Manage programming partner; lead weekly meetings and confirm that menu programming has been implemented correctly based on menu adds/deletes/changes
    • Manage deviations for franchise partners; maintain store profiles to ensure menus for each location reflect legally mandated disclaimers and other brand-approved deviations
  • Lead cross-functional proofing process before order windows are opened for franchisees to price their menus; collect feedback from all stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals
  • Create ordering guides that franchisees can use when configuring and pricing new menus
  • Communicate upcoming order windows (and related campaign details) in all designated channels
  • Track franchisee order statuses during windows; follow up as necessary to ensure our franchise marketing partners complete their orders on time
  • Maintain copy deck of all menu items, descriptions, nutritional info, and other item specifics (gluten sensitive, spicy, with pork, etc.)
  • Collect and share tracking with franchise operators; field requests for tracking and troubleshoot all delivery issues
  • Maintain SharePoint site to ensure final menu files and related content is up to date and complete
  • Manage special projects including non-traditional menus (i.e., airport locations)
  • On-board new franchise partners/staff by training them on how to use our various menu platforms
  • Collect and establish instructions for LTO's (Limited Time Offers) to program MenuNet (Franchisee Menu Ordering System) order windows
  • Menu administration for OLO (Online Menu Ordering) System - Managing Core and LTO Menu Campaigns which will require late night and weekend responsibilities approx. 1x monthly.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to learn new applications (i.e., various menu management systems)
  • Strong writer and communicator
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent multi-tasker; ability to prioritize
  • Excels at managing multiple timelines
  • Extremely organized and proactive
  • Base Salary: $75,000
