The Physical Therapist will implement individualized therapy program designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and optimize independence. Consults with other members of the Health & Wellness team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen consistent with the objective findings, functional needs and capabilities of each patient. Adapts program and/or plan of care according to the needs of individual patient. Orders supplies and equipment (DME) as necessary Maintains, identifies, and reports the need for repair of equipment as necessary High quality patient care.
