Join us at the forefront of the unmanned aviation evolution Your Challenges: Facilitate and/or coordinate proposal team activities in the preparation of responses to Military/Governmental (e.g. Sources Sought, BAAs, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) as well as unsolicited proposals. Support life cycle planning and coordination of accurate and compliant responses to Military/Governmental requests as well as unsolicited proposals. Act as the Subject Matter Authority (SME) for the Airbus Sophisticated Offer Process ensuring all proposals are fully compliant. Lead and manage all elements including preparing for and hosting gate reviews, gathering and distributing Minutes of Meetings (MoM), tracking action items, and all other process-driven requirements. Facilitate and/or coordinate the development of proposal content, text, graphics, and metrics to respond to requirements and improve compliance and competitive scoring. Research and develop detailed outlines, storyboards, and module mock-ups in support of proposal planning and development. Develop detailed schedules for each proposal in coordination with functional team members responsible for completing proposal assignments. Research and analyze historical data to support proposal content development. Your Boarding Pass: Bachelor of Science degree or additional relevant experience. 4 years of relevant experience developing proposals for commercial or military customers and civilian agencies. Experience preparing/proofreading complex manuscripts, legal documents, and/or technical reports. 10% Domestic and International travel availability. Physical Requirements: Onsite: 90% - Daily except when on travel. Vision: able to see and read computer screen and other electronic equipment with screens, able to read documents, reports and engineering drawings daily. Hearing: able to hear to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear sounds including safety warnings or alarms daily. Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications daily. Equipment Operation: able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment daily. Carrying: able to carry documents, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs daily. Lifting: able to lift documents, drawings, electronic equipment up to 10lbs daily. Pushing/Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture occasionally. Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer daily. Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving occasionally. Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices daily. Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice rarely. Walking: able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces daily. Personal Protective Equipment required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
