LockNet is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team This position will be responsible for inventory analysis, vendor performance metrics, identifying procurement optimization opportunities, commodity analysis, and SIOP collaboration. You will be interfacing with a variety of stakeholder groups to support a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Run analysis of existing and incoming inventory to identify trends and items with incorrect stock and generate alerts to communicate and prioritize stock out and overstock situations to management and procurement team and participate in the E&O process.
Perform regular cadence of demand and supply analysis, monitor customer orders and forecasting planning quantities and dates, quantify inventory impact, compare to supply planning system settings and purchase orders, and make modification recommendations.
Collect, analyze, and present data on vendor and commodity metrics, identify trends compared to current and historical performance, and collaborate with the procurement team and vendors for action plan recommendations and implementation.
Review current open purchase orders, and summarize data by past due, days late, missing acknowledgments, buyer action status, and buyer/vendor recommendations of annual usage, order frequency, and order efficiency opportunities.
Assist in SIOP stages including demand planning, supply planning, reports, metrics, gap analysis, opportunities, and recommendations.
Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

The ability to prioritize tasks and manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree
Three years of recent supply chain, planning, or inventory management experience
Working knowledge of MRP systems
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Exceptional organization and communication skills

Additional Preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree
SIOP experience
A certification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
5+ years' experience in Procurement/Supply chain role at a distribution company
Door, Hardware, or Construction industry experience
Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
