Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are hiring an experienced Warehouse Management System (WMS) Analyst (Softeon) for a company that provides supply chain solutions in Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Softeon WMS and play a crucial role in optimizing the warehouse operations.They will also be a key member of the implementation team for Softeon WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Know the Softeon WMS system
  • Gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and new implementations
  • Configure the WMS to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain reports using Softeon WMS and Power BI
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
  • Provide training and support to end-users
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a WMS Analyst, with a focus on Softeon WMS
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting system requirements
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Softeon WMS
  • Solid skills in report creation and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Power BI for reporting purposes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Softeon's backup system, "Replica"
  • Advanced experience with Power BI for creating complex reports and dashboards
  • Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Experience with integrating WMS with other business systems (e.g., ERP, TMS)
