The Manager of Benefits and Wellbeing

will work with the Chief People Officer to design, implement and manage all aspects of the Company’s approach to Total Wellness, including Benefits programs. As the Manager of Benefits & Wellbeing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members have access to comprehensive and competitive benefits, as well as resources to support their physical, mental, and financial well-being. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in benefits administration and a deep understanding of the importance of employee wellness. This role is a key part of the People Leadership team and close partner and advisor to the business. This is a high impact role leading the efforts for the benefits solutions to meet the strategic objectives of the company and to attract, retain and motivate talent. Responsibilities include: Benefits and Wellbeing Strategy Implement our vision and strategy for Wellbeing and Benefits that reinforces business strategy, financial objectives and culture globally. Develops and implements comprehensive and competitive wellness initiatives that address physical, mental, and financial well-being. Designs programs to encourage healthy lifestyles, stress management, and work-life balance. Employee Communications and Engagement Educate and communicate with employees about their benefit options, eligibility and procedures. Serve as a resource to our employees and internal HR team regarding benefits and wellness related inquiries. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the alignment of benefits and wellness programs with company goals and values. Review of Benefits on an annual basis and ensure programs are effectively designed, implemented and communicated. Partners with CPO and HR Directors on varied and complex projects, frequently providing analytical and technical support Vendor and Program Management Partner and play key role with external vendors and service providers to negotiate and manage contracts for benefits and wellness programs globally. Oversee the administration and management of all employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, employee leave and other wellness programs. Monitor industry trends, evaluate effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements or changes to benefit program to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations, across relevant industries and markets. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to provide manage budget and costs related to employee Benefits. Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in benefits administration and a deep understanding of the importance of employee wellness, in addition to the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree and/or professional certifications preferred 5+ years of progressive Benefits Management responsibility, including well rounded approach to Total Wellness Extensive Knowledge of Federal and State regulations related to employee benefits and leave laws. (ERISA, ADA, FMLA) Demonstrated ability to influence leaders at the senior level of the organization. Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation that maps back to business terms and outcomes Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail; keen ability to multi-task and prioritize work deliverables as needs evolve
