Purpose of Position: To ensure a clean and inviting environment for all Casino Team Members while on breaks in the EDR.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
•Clean tables as necessary.
•Serve food to Team Members going through EDR line.
•Stock Condiments, napkins, utensils, China and glassware.
•Maintain and Stock salad bar, Dessert, Ice Cream stations as directed.
•Clean storage, floors and shelving as needed.
•Clean out refrigerators as needed to prevent spoilage.
•Maintain cleanliness of EDR at all times according to "ServSafe" standards.
•Communicate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef about tasks and assignments.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
•Demonstrated ability to grasp & prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner.
•Must have excellent communication and guest service skills.
•Minimum six months work experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
