Treasury Analyst

Summary Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the primary responsibility of this position includes but is not limited to facilitating daily cash management, banking, financial reporting, cash reconciliation and accounting activities.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day banking activities, including reviewing/validating payment files Update, manage, and analyze the company’s cash forecast Monitoring bank transactions and upload/enter JEs to ERP Oversee ATM commission and reporting Facilitate issuance and reporting ATM debit card Compile and analyze financial information to reconcile cash Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses Ensure treasury reporting deadlines are met Prepare treasury management reports as needed Support accounting, accounts payable, ATM, financial planning, internal and external audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Finance related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Banking portals Experience with financial management systems, such as NetSuite and Salesforce (preferred) Commitment to excellence and high standards Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Ability to think outside the box Detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
