Application Process:

  1. Online Application: Fill out the online application form with all the necessary details. This will be evaluated by our advanced AI system to ascertain that you fulfill the prerequisites for the position.
  2. Remote Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a remote interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better
  3. Station Tour and Conditional Offer Letter: At Elite-Star Express, we believe in transparency and ensuring our potential team members are well-acquainted with our operations. As part of our recruitment process, we invite shortlisted candidates for a station tour, providing an insightful behind-the-scenes look at our day-to-day operations, facilities, and the dynamic environment you might soon be a part of. Following the tour, candidates who align with our values and meet our criteria are presented with a conditional offer letter. This letter outlines the terms of employment, pending the successful completion of any remaining pre-employment checks and requirements. It's our way of ensuring you're fully informed and excited about the journey ahead with Elite-Star Express.
  4. Background Check: All applicants must undergo a thorough background check to ensure the safety and trustworthiness of our team.
  5. Motor Vehicle Record: As a delivery associate, you will be on the road frequently. We require a review of your motor vehicle record to ensure you have a history of safe driving.
  6. Drug & Alcohol Testing: To ensure the safety of our team and customers, all candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment. We only test for Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCP), Cocaine, and Amphetamines. (We DO NOT test for Marijuana)
  7. Training: Once selected, you will undergo a training program to familiarize yourself with our processes, tools, and the Amazon delivery model.Training will last 3 Days at the Amazon Training Center in Manassas. Training is fully paid
  8. Welcome Onboard: Upon completing your training, you'll be all set to bring smiles to our customers' faces Initially, we'll ease you into the process with a few introductory Nursery routes. As you grow more comfortable and adept at delivering smiles, we'll transition you to a full daily schedule.
