Senior Sales Account Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive for our client, to drive sales of interior and exterior signage, graphics, and vehicle graphics in Northeast Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels at networking, developing new accounts, and closing sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building and strategic sales initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Generate leads, identify potential clients, and secure new business opportunities. Network extensively to grow business within the Northeast Wisconsin area.

Customer Relations:

Meet directly with customers to assess their needs, provide consultation on projects, and manage the sales process from initiation to closing.

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with the internal team, including designers, estimators, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed smoothly and to customer satisfaction.

Proposal Development:

Review project estimates for accuracy, and prepare and submit detailed, professionally written proposals.

Brand Representation:

Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events, and provide facility tours to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the signage or construction industries.

Demonstrable ability to build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage and close sales deals effectively.

Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Ability to travel within the state of Wisconsin as needed.
