Manager – Social Media, Marketing We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team, focusing on growing our brand and the local brands of Heartland Dental supported offices by planning, implementing, and managing our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has excellent attention to detail. This individual will provide team leadership and strategic recommendations to bring the Company’s social media strategies to the next level. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the target audiences and a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practices. To give you an idea of the team structure, you will work on a team with Communications and Marketing, reporting to the VP, Communications.

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role: Provide direction, supervision, and leadership to team members. Ensure efficient workflow and identify process improvements across social media processes. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Hold direct reports accountable for meeting performance standards and departmental performance goals. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Collaborate with marketing, external communications / PR, and other departments to algin social media efforts with overall business goals and campaigns. Define and implement an enhanced social media strategy for the Heartland Dental supported footprint. Partner with Field Marketing, Operations, and other departments to execute social media in supported offices. Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge. Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Partner across Marketing on social media paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. Implement and maintain brand voice and guidelines across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity in communication. Stay abreast of industry regulations and guidelines related to social media marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a multiunit business environment. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and projects. Naturally curious and creative problem solver. Desirable Qualifications Experience in distributed consumer services, ideally healthcare. Multi-unit/site social media management experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
